The good news is that in Sql Server 2005 you get Sql Server Integration Services (SSIS) a full feature ETL product for Sql Server 2005. E very now and again, a developer will be faced with the task of referincing a List of id's. It's typically irresistable to want to push all these IDs into a single field.
